To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

見FACEBOOK有朋友Share張雞煲相 ,見到好似幾吸引 ，涼涼地就去整個雞煲食下。 一行4人 8點幾去到 ，門口又有錶位 ，都幾方便 。 叫左幾個小食 泡椒雞腳 ，雲耳，鍋筍 。味道都可以 ， 夠晒辣。再叫左兩個雞煲，同酸菜魚，一個乾身， 一個就有湯嘅麻辣雞煲 ，辣味夠 ，夠香 。味道不錯 ，可以再食。
