麻辣五三五,六四的簡稱,黃到上心口的店,唔食點得啊。蒜泥白肉蒜頭打成一堆蓉成為蒜泥,比外頭吃到的更重蒜味,但不會嗆鼻,經過調味更易入口,另外辣椒油和醬汁繞了一圈在白肉的表層,食用時可以蘸點蒜泥在白肉上,把醬汁好好浸一下,肉嫩多汁,夾上青瓜,口感多層次,青瓜爽脆,白肉脆彈豬皮位置,肉質嫩滑。麻辣味烤魚 烤過的魚肉呈金黃色澤,皮脆肉嫩,只有大魚骨。另外麻辣湯浸入魚肉更惹味,配料叫了萵筍鴨血肥牛,鴨血嫩滑彈牙,萵筍煮過後軟腍吸滿辣味,每啖也是滋味。水晶粉重點之一必點,吸滿湯汁,滑溜口感。蒜片牛肉粒牛肉粒炸過外脆內嫩,頗多汁,蒜片略嫌不夠脆口。簡單一頓晚餐跟DD 享受一下辣之美食,位置之間不算闊落,簡單點菜已放滿了桌子。
