To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

首先位置方面，酒店的位置交通唔方便的，所以是揸車過去會好一點，但係只提供兩小時的免費泊車。環境方面不過不失，母親節當日這間餐廳的人流吸引度，只有三分之一人…氣氛不怎樣好。食物方面，選擇很未見過本地的酒店的自助餐熟食那麼小的款式，刺身亦都不怎樣吸引，唯一特別的是有燒烤區但是燒烤的材不新鮮，像在其他連鎖酒店食淨的海鮮刺身送到這裏，作燒烤用途。 對這一間餐廳的食物是十分失望。因為這個價錢在其他酒店可以食到有生蠔質素更好環境更好的餐廳。這間酒店的管理層，不如取消這間自助餐，不然就做好一點吧
