由於今日係我爸爸嘅多年老友大壽,所以我爸爸千叮萬囑我一定要提早一日打去「皇庭匯」旺角店預訂一隻鴻運乳豬全體!因為爸爸話對「皇庭匯」出品嘅食物較有信心,同埋環境比較舒適!我們今晚叫咗鴻運乳豬全體、濃湯鷄煲翅、清蒸青班仔、豉油王香煎大花竹蝦、上湯焗大花竹蝦「伊麵底」、籠仔大肉蟹蒸飯、蒜蓉粉絲蒸大元貝同杞子雲耳浸菜心!他們嘅鴻運乳豬全體非常皮脆肉嫩,無多餘嘅脂肪,唔油膩,就算擺凍咗啲皮都仲好脆,唔會變腍咗!係我食過咁多間酒家嘅乳豬整得最好嘅一隻!係本人嘅必食推介!同埋唔係好貴,只係賣$568!不過價錢唔重要,最緊要係好食!豉油王香煎大花竹蝦非常新鮮彈牙,煎得非常香脆,醬汁嘅味道恰到好處,唔會太鹹!另外我再叫咗另一種食法,就係上湯焗大花竹蝦「伊麵底」嘅伊麵好彈牙同唔油膩!兩種唔同嘅食法各有各特色,兩種我都鍾意!蒜蓉粉絲蒸大元貝真係超大隻同超新鮮!清蒸青班仔蒸得非常嫩滑,都只係賣$118咋!以呢個價錢喺其他任何一間酒家都食唔到!所以每次有朋友約我們食飯,我們都會選擇去「皇庭匯」食飯!
