To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食品種類小、質素差。海鮮類只有蜆、青口和蝦。魚生類只有三文魚、鯛魚和希靈魚。熱食方面只有咖喱雞和什菜、西蘭花蝦仁、上海面、炒飯、蓮藕腩肉、-字骨、多春魚、蟹粥、中、西湯等。冷盤方面有些火腿、煙三文魚芝士和2款沙律菜等。主打燒豬也是分批斬件上,出了一次羊架,出了一次抄熟的長腳蟹腳,另外也有打邊爐,材料都是肥牛、蝦、尤魚和一些丸類和蔬菜,但爐要等半小時在煑熟食物。反正比一般酒店午餐便宜。幸好我拿到一口價和老人優惠兩人共506元,若要6拆價則要596元。除上述提出外,味道差也很大問題,蟹粥冇味和白粥差唔多。羊架和蟹腳也是。我哋永遠不會再光顧。
