To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同男朋友係又一城行完街諗住搵間好餐廳食千両一向品質唔差有保證09pm入坐，門口 staff入去前已説明last order時間係930pm！坐底唔夠兩分鐘，另一個staff行過來叫我地快啲落單，因為好肚餓嘅關係，其實我地都想盡快落單！點知五分鐘都冇，第二個staff又過嚟吹落單！915pm前已經落好單 點了大呑拿魚腩x2灸燒左口魚裙邊x2灸燒三文魚x2炸蝦卷油漬醬油呑拿魚串燒牛舌腐皮烏冬三文魚x2味淋魚干牛油雜菌千両手卷x2灸燒珍寶帶子其實本身仲有嗌甲羅燒x2海膽手卷落完單之後staff過嚟話冇以上除了腐皮烏冬之外所有食物都好垃圾 元気都冇咁差SORRY 食物唔新鮮都算灸燒嘅壽司好似冇燒過咁都算好難食！牛舌好似食香口膠咁！之後完全食唔落，仲有大呑拿魚腩未到，我都唔想再放任何野落口，之後取消了！想搵經理反映食物質素好差，經理唔係到staff都有過嚟處理，因為當時我真係好嬲，但她們都耐心聽我講，即使扮都好！呢個值得一讚！最後想講多句趕收工不如早啲關門 唔好要客人受罪啦921pm已經埋單不愉快的用餐 以後都唔想食
