呢日同朋友跑完步,即係覺得自己啲 quota 返晒嚟,於是同朋友決定一齊去食串燒,近期食過日式嘅,想食吓其他地方嘅,咁啱行行吓見到呢度,於是入去試吓先。先嚟嘅係川香魚湯清湯酒煮花甲,花甲好鮮嫩肥美,完全無沙,食到淡淡酒香,唔錯! 蟶子王好大隻,差唔多成隻手臂咁長,肉質爽脆鮮甜,火候剛剛好,調味料唔會搶咗蟶子嘅鮮味,好好食呀! 川香肉碎燒茄子已去皮,啖啖肉,茄子多汁又夠腍,以肉碎調味,已經好惹味。燒手打免治雞肉捧又係好正,佢比起平時食到嘅彈牙,有咬口得嚟,又好香雞肉味,點埋蛋汁就 perfect! 燒鮮白鱔真係好好食,皮脆肉嫩,燒過嘅魚皮滲出魚油香,完全無腥味,如果唔係叫咗咁多嘢食,一定會再 encore! 秘製醬燒BB豬肋骨比想像中多,都幾大份,本身已經用孜然粉醃過,燒完好香,配咗個甜甜哋,似有水果調成嘅甜味醬,好夾。蜂蜜燒鳳梨好香甜,燒過後,味道比就咁食更香濃多汁,當飯後果食就啱晒。蜀都炒飯炒得乾身香口,好有穫氣,辣辣哋,唔覺唔覺就食晒。朋友話食串燒飲啤酒就最夾,飲鬼佬涼茶清清熱,所以叫咗 Asahi 啤酒。我就飲青檸柚子梳打,有汽飲品同燒物一樣夾,青檸清新,柚子蜜香甜,中和咗就剛剛

整餐食物質素好高,尤其海鮮好新鮮,真係無得輸,店員又好有禮貌,食得好盡興,下次會再返嚟幫襯~~~
