To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前試過哩度啲午餐食過pizza,一直念念不忘,於是趁假期便同家人食多次,唯一唔同係,之前星期一至五午市套餐平好多,假期只可以散叫。淡淡夏日一坐低馬上叫了杯熱情果沙冰同椰汁紅豆冰消暑,之後再慢慢睇食乜!黑松露露蘑菇濃湯~用上新鮮蘑菇打成蓉,飲落有香濃的蘑菇味還有粒粒口感,除了配上兩片焗得香脆的蒜蓉包,最特別之處係加入一粒流心蛋。攪勻一齊飲,香滑脆集中一身!意式辣味香腸蘑菇薄餅~餅底超薄香脆,加上辣肉腸和濃香的芝士一齊焗,食時仲有長長的拉絲,好食又好玩!酥炸(富貴鴨)伴森巴醬配松露炒飯~原隻鴨真的炸得非常酥脆香口,除咗外皮脆口外,連肋骨都脆到像鴨皮一樣,且更入味更好吃!炒飯夠乾身,勁香松露味,不太咸配上濃味鴨件剛剛好👍
