To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

日前中午出走到大圍，順路去找尋一間聽聞話好正咖哩牛腩之茶餐廳，好快已見到陳記茶餐廳就在眼前。與同事坐下後，侍應姐姐就話咖哩牛腩正喎！於是兩人即叫每人一客咖哩牛腩飯餐, 另一人叫咖喱牛肉飯餐，此兩款咖喱套餐還有例湯及飲品附送，每位只是32元，非常之便宜。果然好介紹，咖哩好香同辣味適中，牛腩夠晒淋同嫩滑，真是好正。而跟餐的奶茶亦是很好，夠晒香滑及極有茶味。此舖之咖哩牛腩是供應有限的，當日準備份量如沽清，就沒有得吃了。如果下次有機會中午出走大圍，一定會再去陳記吃令人食過翻尋味之咖哩牛腩及飲奶茶，或嘗試吓其他精美食品。
