Restaurant: Ah Kwai Friend's Noodles
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食个簡單下午茶,見到鋪面好细,只坐到十幾人,幾乎連企都冇位,但1點幾都坐滿人,於是入去一齊迫吓先。叫了招牌南寧老友粉和豬骨湯脆皮肉桂林通心米線。原來這是南寧地道美食,老友粉湯底濃郁,爽口的麵條配上榨菜和津白,再加蒜頭放在頂,好味👍通心米粉粗身彈牙,肉皮脆口又有口感,再將蒜頭放在頂,加埋酸菜一齊食,好醒胃👍雖然簡簡單單的一碗粉,看似冇什麼特别,但總覺得舆別的不一樣,難道這就是南寧風味,每人平均$40,有時間我會再去,唯一不足是……地方實在太細,食完都不好意思坐多一陣,要即走😂
