之前同朋友食過灣仔的分店, 見到新開左係尖沙咀甘近我呢d九龍友就梗係要再一試啦!呢到店內環境同灣仔的分店都好似, 保留了日本居酒屋的風味~今次試返佢的招牌串揚同幾款上次胃太full食唔到的串揚~🔹年糕 ($21)好煙韌, 店員仲會溫馨提示我地記得趁熱食, 因為年糕擺耐左就會變硬~🔹手羽先 ($23)雞翼控必食! 大隻又多汁, 超惹味!🔹半熟煮玉子 ($23)就算炸脆左, 都依然keep溫泉蛋的軟身同滑溜, 一咬開仲要流心添, 加少少鹽食會帶出另一層次~🔹三文魚子海鮮球 ($39)海鮮球係帶子來, 配上多到滿瀉的三文魚子, 鹹鹹地又幾鮮味~🔹燒牛舌 ($27)好爽口彈牙, 配上檸檬汁更帶出牛香味~🔹燒飯團 ($23)點了醬油味, keep到水準, 外層脆脆地似飯焦~🔹甜品試了: 炸富士蘋果 ($25)有d似蘋果批的口感, 但蘋果超甜好新鮮!野飲方面點了梅酒(三年熟成), 梅味幾出, 有淡淡的清香!
