今次係我第二次嚟川燒,一想到食串燒我就即刻諗起川燒,上次食過後都一試難忘。位於佐敦呢個宵夜熱點,雖然出面落住雨,我地今晚9點零鐘嚟到,但店內仍是座無虚席,可想而知呢度有幾多忠實粉絲。一嚟到即刻點返杯1664生啤先啦,我最喜歡那淡淡的花香味,冰凍感覺即時熱氣全消。燒雞泡魚干表面燒至金黃香脆,味道帶點鮮甜,一點都不乾,咬開仍有一絲絲魚絲質感的。川香麻辣豬大腸雖然帶有一點罪惡感,但呢個豬大腸真係好好味呀,面頭的蔥白段、蔥粒、芝麻增添香口感覺,個辣油真係好惹味,少少花椒粉,少麻辣香口而不至於令你舌頭麻痺,豬大腸又夠腍又入味,真係令人又愛又恨呀。燒川香麻辣腸初時睇表面好似一條普通的台灣腸,咬落去腸衣夠脆,裡面充滿肉汁,麻辣香味隨住啲肉汁漸漸湧現,好食到食完一條又一條。燒雞軟骨火喉燒得也剛剛好,一啲都唔乾,脆卜卜好有口感。燒日本廣島生蠔加了蒜茸一齊燒,後加有蔥、乾辣椒絲和蟹子增添香味和口感。蠔身飽滿,咬開蠔肉仲有好濕潤鮮味,又係好好食呀。 見到差不多每枱都叫碟燒鮮白鱔,我地都唔執輸,白鱔好肥又大件,表面搽了醬汁,鱔皮那邊燒得特別香脆,另一邊又啖啖肉,鮮味嘅鱔配合埋帶甜的醬燒汁,好惹味、那種鮮香味

雖然帶有一點罪惡感,但呢個豬大腸真係好好味呀,面頭的蔥白段、蔥粒、芝麻增添香口感覺,個辣油真係好惹味,少少花椒粉,少麻辣香口而不至於令你舌頭麻痺,豬大腸又夠腍又入味,真係令人又愛又恨呀。
