本身好鍾意食雞煲,難得今日嚟到荃灣,梗係唔可以錯過遠近馳名嘅一品雞煲啦。係呢個食飯嘅時間嚟到,都要等位架,好彩等左大半個鐘就已經有位啦我哋只係得兩個人,所以叫咗一隻雞,由於我朋友唔係食得好辣,所以我只係叫咗小辣。服務員攞咗上嚟,唔係即刻可以食架,要等五至8分鐘跟住仲要打開搞搞佢,等佢唔好癡底,再焗多10分鐘先食得㗎等嘅時候我已經急不及待流晒口水啦。啲雞完全吸收晒個辣汁嘅香味,而且佢個汁真係好正,啲雞又好滑,食完之後真係齒頰留香。原來個雞煲要用咁多配料,製作嘅時候真係唔容易新鮮即炸響鈴,黎到既時候仲熱辣辣,放落個煲度吸收晒入面嘅精華,放入口真係令你食過返尋味蜂巢豆腐,亦都係攞嚟吸收湯底精華嘅食品手打墨魚滑,入口爽口彈牙,而且質感好膠,充滿墨魚嘅鮮味,上面總會有一啲孩子,令到你入口更加爽口彈牙
