To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食過幾次大都烤鴨都冇令我失望。今次除北京填鴨外，我哋仲食咗菘子魚。魚夠大條多肉，啖啖肉唔油膩，酸甜汁味道適中，加埋菘子有口感。烤鴨皮脆無肥羔，包埋一般酒樓少有的紫蘿蔔、蜜瓜一齊食，味道唔同又有新鮮感因為想食芝麻燒餅，所以叫咗呢個。燒餅新鮮熱辣，鴨肉末加乾貝粒、菘子一齊炒，夠入味，份量足夠四個燒餅
