Restaurant: 傷心酸辣粉 (桂林街)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. -利申: 首先我勁鍾意食酸辣粉,其實呢間店得一間嘅時候我已經幫襯過,我好鍾意酸辣粉又酸又辣嘅感覺,不過今次食其他嘢:重慶香辣烤魚 $249 一條A-D 火鍋配料 (花枝丸、豬紅、土豆片、薯粉)呢個份量其實三個人食都得,魚皮位置加少少魚腩邊的位置最嫩,配合咗好多配料,例如豆卜、金菇、加辣椒調味,配料方面質素一般 (花枝丸、豬紅、土豆片全部都好普通),但呢度調味方面尚算出色,拯救咗配料質素上的不足,都好食,因為我本身好鍾意食川菜麻辣。薯粉方面,反而幾出色,鍾意佢Q彈有口感,配合麻辣湯底非常惹味。整體水準中等,但因為我好鍾意食薯粉,所以下次都會光顧!服務就真係幾差,叫咗加湯都冇反應,個湯底就嚟燒焦,姨姨顧住執枱做其他嘢!

呢個份量其實三個人食都得,魚皮位置加少少魚腩邊的位置最嫩,配合咗好多配料,例如豆卜、金菇、加辣椒調味,配料方面質素一般 (花枝丸、豬紅、土豆片全部都好普通),但呢度調味方面尚算出色,拯救咗配料質素上的不足,都好食,因為我本身好鍾意食川菜麻辣。


薯粉方面,反而幾出色,鍾意佢Q彈有口感,配合麻辣湯底非常惹味。


整體水準中等,但因為我好鍾意食薯粉,所以下次都會光顧!
