To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 筲箕灣開了金記冰室,都未光顧過,今晚就去開飯啦!店舖都幾光猛,座位總算闊落。餐牌菜式中西融合,但最吸引我的目光就是封面的鐵板餐。先有羅宋湯,湯底味道濃郁,有少少辣。店員遞上鐵板,我打開紙巾,店員倒燒汁在鐵板上,一陣吱吱渣渣聲音響起......<鐵板蘋果沙丹豬扒>蘋果片有肉桂香味,爽甜;沙丹豬扒外層煎香過,肉厚嫩滑多汁,最後再吃波浪紋薯條,即刻想起童年時鋸扒的情景,回憶返哂黎。<鐵板美式雜扒>這份肉望號的雜扒最啱食肉獸的老公,豬扒和牛扒都係薄切,配合蒜蓉汁,食完豬扒、牛扒、雞扒,再吃煙肉和腸仔,就係大滿足。食鐵板點少得懷舊黑牛呀?可樂夠氣再加朱古力雪糕。剩食肉冇食菜好有罪惡感,即刻叫款晚市套餐。<香芹雲耳炒藕片配白飯>蓮藕爽脆,香芹味濃,雲耳入味,白飯唔會爛。
