一家人起上水食晚飯,想食長長腳蟹,海港或金都都掋食,都是$188/斤,今次選擇後者,7:00去到差不多8成坐滿,好彩一早book左枱及留左蟹。六個人,最掋食一定是半席宴,乜都有:有龍蝦,乳豬,燒鷄,炒飯,蒸魚,菜、翠肉瓜炒帶子,加埋隻5斤半蟹一定夠食,乳豬用熱石"興"住,放了一陣依然熱,但豬肥左少少,不過都叫皮脆肉嫩,上湯龍蝦烏冬底,份量足,但比較求其,冇乜龍蝦尾,但有6-7隻蝦鉗,烏冬吸了上湯汁,好好味,燒鷄就炸得過火了,乾左DD,翠肉瓜炒帶子,味好,瓜脆,千絲花枝球,香脆好味,但侍應忘了比醬,要自己去取,魚肚蟲草花浸菜,一般貨色,無乜特別。炒飯夠乾身,夠香。蒸魚,好出色,豉油調味做得好好,好食!主角長腳蟹,5斤半!清蒸,鮮!甜!夠肉。膏香,侍應會幫手開蟹,好熟手。
