To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食飯不要太勇於嘗試

間餐廳既然叫得牛B仔，斷估d牛應該會幾好味，可惜坐低果刻唔太想食牛，於是點了一客海南雞飯.....結果就係一個錯誤既開始.....首先，小弟幾乎未食過暖既海南雞飯，其實都係一個新嘗試，唔大問題。可惜，d雞真係幾鞋，附上既3款醬，鼓油淡而無味（我寧願佢甜），薑油無薑味。全餐最好味都算係杯利賓納了。
