Restaurant: The Trafalgar Brewing Company

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放工想食飯飲野一次過, 朋友就搵左係旺角染布房街既trafalgar brewing company~ 飲完搭地鐵定東鐵都好方便~Calamari Bites 呢個價錢都算幾大份, 粉漿唔算好厚, keep到脆身, 送酒無得輸Fish n Chips又係一樣飲酒必叫既小食!用單車做裝飾好得意~ 炸魚超級大份, 而且炸得好脆調味就做得唔錯, 食落去味道都好香!Pork Kunckle今次無叫rib eyes, 反而想試下佢地極力推介既豬手一試果時幾出色! 豬皮好脆, 但d肉都仲好嫩, 而家唔太多肥膏!Honey Chicken Wings其實本身都好飽, 原本諗住埋單但突然落大雨, 於是叫set雞翼慢慢等蜜糖味好出之餘, 雞翼都好juicy~
