平時吃完飯,就要再搵地方飲野;今日就選了一間BAR吃晚餐,可以不用走來走去。*沙律+餐湯沙律配上沙律醋,很新鮮;酸酸地醒一醒胃。南瓜湯很CREAMY,很濃味。*香蒜辣椒炒牛柳粒(+$58)牛柳粒很夠淋;香蒜辣椒味較濃,有點辣,個人覺得偏辣。*慢煮西班牙黑毛豬鞍配鵝肝($328)用慢煮方式煮的黑毛豬鞍,鎖住了豬肉的肉汁,超JUICY;肉質結實,又不會太硬;旁邊的焗配菜,脆肉瓜、茄子等,都焗得超夠熟。
