炒河粉嘅碟頭唔係好大,兩啖就食曬啲河粉,配料就比較多 有青檸、粟米仔、子薑、芥蘭同埋畀咗一兜辣椒醬你。 雞肉有幾粒,喺腌得入味嘅雞脾肉粒。

🔸大蝦炒金邊粉  $118

Authentic pad thai with shrimp

有兩隻燒大蝦,用醬油燒過,有鮮蝦咸香味。金邊粉就配咗舊青檸同香葱,仲有啲韭菜、芽菜同炒蛋碎炒埋一齊,金邊粉就無炒河粉好食,但都好有鑊氣。

通菜熱辣辣炒出嚟, 香噴噴好惹味。係辣椒炒埋醬油,咸咸辣辣。通菜菜梗比較多,都幾爽脆。
