To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間潮州嘢聽聞幾出名， Booking都要一個月前。家人特登book咗一齊食，期望有佢獨特之處，但估唔到獨特嘅地方係未食飯，先受氣 😤第一輪叫餸，已經有幾樣食物話冇，連蝦都冇，好訝異。等上菜之際，叫咗個姐姐仔嚟加飲品。講咗唔夠幾秒，就眼骨骨好寸咁話：「你講慢啲啦，寫唔切呀！」。我哋逐一再重複，佢就話：「冇橙汁，我哋有嘅飲品已經喺晒個menu入面！」。之後啲嘢食得七七八八，諗住再加餸，叫個生炒骨，呢個姐姐仔又話冇，仲要邊執嘢邊行咗去咁講：「你哋book枱嘅時候已經講咗俾你聽，有啲食物係要預訂架啦！」。當日店舖打嚟confirm Booking嘅時候，係講過有幾個餸要預訂，否則可能冇。但我哋之前全部想叫而佢又冇嘅餸菜，喺個電話完全冇講過嘅！仲要我想請問，究竟邊間小菜館連生炒骨都要預訂？佢先至唔出聲。真係火都嚟埋！好難想像一間咁多人幫襯嘅菜館，啲服務態度可以差成咁，就算啲食物幾好食都係假！仲要老實講，食完佢啲嘢，唔覺得特別好食。咁嘅價錢，其實好多選擇。

好難想像一間咁多人幫襯嘅菜館，啲服務態度可以差成咁，就算啲食物幾好食都係假！仲要老實講，食完佢啲嘢，唔覺得特別好食。咁嘅價錢，其實好多選擇。
