To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

紅燒滷肉麵 好味星期一至星期五去,學生有豆漿飲,叫d麵 有折紅燒滷肉麵不碗麵真係覺得幾好食，湯底幾香蝦籽味 麵條粗幼適中 食落煙韌彈牙 勁有口感 又唔覺得有鹼水味，唔錯喎~ 紅燒滷肉賣相雖然麻麻，但食落味道都唔差的，滷肉味道幾濃，肉質唔算好鬆化，但起碼瘦既部分唔會太韌，肥既部分亦唔係成啖油既感覺! 跟餐飲品 + 油菜埋單$29(一至五學生去有折

不碗麵真係覺得幾好食，湯底幾香蝦籽味 麵條粗幼適中 食落煙韌彈牙 勁有口感 又唔覺得有鹼水味，唔錯喎~
紅燒滷肉賣相雖然麻麻，但食落味道都唔差的，滷肉味道幾濃，肉質唔算好鬆化，
但起碼瘦既部分唔會太韌，肥既部分亦唔係成啖油既感覺!
