To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實應該好多人都識E間野架啦?我想講間野唔止得排骨得架!食齋都可以食!朋友食齋,本來佢對入黎食好有hesitation。除左排骨仲有咩食...就多啦!(圖中我搶晒佢啲有肉嘅野食)個炸豆腐外脆內嫩,油溫夠高,所以幾好食!點埋烏醋仲好食! 其實佢對啲豆皮制品係幾出色嘅。包括佢伊個腐皮紫菜卷。中間果幾舊好酥脆,夾埋入面嘅紫菜有多陣鮮味。不過大家食快啲。好快諗同變韌,尤其係左右兩邊果兩舊。Anyway, 如果可以食魚嘅話,佢個魚肉卷好有陳皮味。好食!

其實佢對啲豆皮制品係幾出色嘅。包括佢伊個腐皮紫菜卷。中間果幾舊好酥脆,夾埋入面嘅紫菜有多陣鮮味。不過大家食快啲。好快諗同變韌,尤其係左右兩邊果兩舊。
