To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友身體檢查,發現幾樣野都超標,所以呢排想食清D,揀咗去食齋,因為平時都無食開齋,就上網去search時發現新聚寶素食。我哋4個人去食,簡單地要咗個4人套餐,包括例湯、4款自選小菜、1款自選飯麵。馬拉蜜汁叉燒睇落好惹味,都唔似係齋,香口加上甜甜嘅蜜汁好好味。鐵板串燒雞柳嘅造型又係唔似齋菜,串燒主要係以菇菌扮雞肉,調味都整得唔錯,一碟有十多串,好低息。五柳炸仙斑係我喜好嘅齋菜之一,芋頭主熟再塑成魚嘅形狀,炸到脆身夠香口,點上酸甜五柳汁,好正,我食咗3件。紅燒豆腐就比較普通,正正常常啦。
