食lunch食到去金鐘😝成日都經過黑蒜,成日都聞到香噴噴,但係一次都未食過😱今日就黎試下,Happy Friday呀嘛。我揀左兩個餸,清湯牛筋條,配個濃茄燴雞髀菇烤麩😍份量好大呀,裝到成碗滿晒🤣個飯係雜穀飯,夠晒健康,仲有白菜仔,非常之豐富呀!個牛筋條加埋紅蘿蔔,炆到好林,又好入味,牛味香濃,個汁仲啱晒撈飯添!食下食下已經KO左半個飯。濃茄燴雞髀菇烤麩個汁酸酸地,好開胃呀。屋企平時都有整烤麩,不過係上海煮法,估唔到用鮮茄汁又夾喎,雞髀菇又爽脆,咁又撈到半個飯🤣本來滿滿嘅飯盒,食下食下就俾我食晒喇!!
