To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本人今晚八點去到此惠顧,首先,叫了一客咸蛋肉餅飯,在收銀處落單時巳經叫收銀處同水吧講多汁(即多豉油),但是個餐送到嚟碟飯好像完全沒有加豉油的樣子,攪到成碟飯好乾,跟著叫個樓面執枱姐姐幫我拿去水吧加豉油,結果回來一模一樣,即是沒有加過,跟著搵經理投訴,結果兩個都收工,最後搵到個主任,但是態度完全惡劣,問佢點解唔加豉油,佢仲可以反駁個客唔過落咁多豉油健康D,如果是的話,咁褔圖片唔好整到碟飯咁多豉油啦。其次,有個女職員負責清潔餐盤,我一坐下來就聽見她唔停咁喺度鬧人,跟著行出來去洗手間,剛好有個清潔姐姐在掃地,可能沒有在意後面有人經過,所以撞到她,跟著她一句鬧出來:後面有人,妳盲㗎。我真喺想一句爆出來,妳用X眼嚟睇嘢,仲要我同主任投訴緊,仲要伸個頭出來望,即喺條氣唔順啦,想睇吓邊個咁夠膽就去投訴佢呀,真喺想剷佢:妳喺度望乜呀。
