三和敍餐廳中一定要試試呢款「備長炭阿波美雞翼🐓🐓」,經理再三介紹下,原來老闆投資了接近100萬買了全港只有幾部既備長炭燒爐,備長炭炭火夠平均,能夠令出自德島縣既阿波美雞翼鮮味更出。阿波美雞出名運動量大,肉質嫩滑鮮甜。簡單既調味,已吃到一絲絲既雞肉,嫩滑既肉質配搭鮮甜既肉汁,絕對令你一試難忘

如早前介紹,三和敍另一特色係鐵板燒,友人點了安格斯鐵板牛肉燒,師傅既親自烹調正正係視覺既享受。上枱更像藝術品一樣,Agnes beef 配上3款調味,自家製炸蒜片夠香;岩鹽味道強烈令牛肉味更出;海台鹽則令口感更出,帶點煙韌😎

埋單2人一千多元包加一,以高級日式料理來說絕對不貴,更重要是產品選料、烹調、經理介紹、服務,與一般5星酒店餐廳無異,三和敍讓客人印象深刻☺️☺️☺️
