今日喺灣仔見椰粉湯紅,個餐廳名幾特別,就走入去試下。今次order咗猴頭菇銀耳老雞湯、海南雞椰香飯、糖脆鹽燒豬頸肉椰香蛋包飯。個老雞湯絕對值得推介,真係好好飲,入面嘅猴頭菇同埋銀耳嘅味道好出,而且好足料,分外覺得鮮甜可能因為係老雞煲嘅關係。海南雞就特別嫩滑,而且點埋特製嘅醬汁食特別惹味。椰香飯都好出色 ,食到停唔到口。蛋包飯嘅蛋就好滑,撈埋d飯食 係我嘅至愛。 糖脆豬頸肉甜甜地,個味道幾特別亦提升到豬頸肉嘅鮮豬味。如果下次有機會去灣仔,我一定會再嚟試佢哋其他嘅老火湯,因為選擇真係好多。
