To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這間店舖一向都是我和我同事食午飯嘅選擇之一, 基本上每個禮拜都會惠顧一至兩次。就算在疫情嘅時候, 都會惠顧。但今天去到嘅時候, 招待員說謊話說入面冇位, 並叫我們齊人才入位(三人中有兩人已到, 一人去廁所遲一分鐘到), 其實當時我已見到入面有五六張空枱, 而且門外亦沒有人排隊, 但招待員亦非要我們等齊人先至入得。因為招待員態度惡劣, 所以我們決定去別家, 臨走時服務員說 「罷就」。服務員的態度令我們很憤怒, 疫情時沒人惠顧就禮貌至上, 現在不愁客人時態度就惡劣。
