Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 這就是所謂的“少冰”

呵呵。。。飲料点了少冰卻來了一杯滿冰的，跟店員反映後還説“少不少冰都是這麽多冰”，死活不肯換給我，明明一起來的朋友点的凍檸茶也是少冰，看著冰也是真的少。以前來过幾遍点少冰也能給少冰。剛剛碟上食物還沒吃完店員邊問“是否已吃完”邊直接就把碟給收走了。現在的服務真的越來越差了

Other Info. : 女收銀員間中大聲指導員工這樣什麼可以什麼不可以，應該較高級。身後是長型工作枱，枱面放有多片製作中的三明治，有芝士片及香港人最喜愛的午餐肉片，其實一邊收錢一邊製作食物不衞生。留意餐牌午餐肉都出現在許多套餐內。

    這間店舖一向都是我和我同事食午飯嘅選擇之一, 基本上每個禮拜都會惠顧一至兩次。就算在疫情嘅時候, 都會惠顧。但今天去到嘅時候, 招待員說謊話說入面冇位, 並叫我們齊人才入位(三人中有兩人已到, 一人去廁所遲一分鐘到), 其實當時我已見到入面有五六張空枱, 而且門外亦沒有人排隊, 但招待員亦非要我們等齊人先至入得。因為招待員態度惡劣, 所以我們決定去別家, 臨走時服務員說 「罷就」。服務員的態度令我們很憤怒, 疫情時沒人惠顧就禮貌至上, 現在不愁客人時態度就惡劣。

      One of the dishes that caught my attention was the Pan fried salmon with cauliflower crumbs in black garlic sauce. I additionally added 5 pieces of buffalo wings as side. For drinks, I ordered ice lemon tea.

      Mushroom soup was included in their dinner set. Mushroom soup was served in a mug, hot and warm. Full of umami flavour and the stir fried onion pieces gave a hint of sweetness that whole soup was hearty to drink.

      Surprising the salmon was cooked perfectly. Well seasoned with flakey meat. Skin was crispy but not greasy. Cauliflower crumbs still having a bit crunch, very savoury and loaded with vegetables. It was truly a surprise! I didn't expect finding such a good quality cauliflower rice here.

      Buffalo wings were deep fried before coating the sauce. Skin was crunchy even fully coated with the buffalo sauce. Meat was a bit dry but acceptable. Spiciness was just right. It was in a good deal that by adding hkd 28 from your main to get this.

      Overall, it was a surprise, a true surprise that I am glad some vegetarian trendy cooking methods has been added such as adding avocado for the creaminess of the sauce and cauliflower rice. And they mastered the dish that it was full of goodness and deliciousness. Good job!

      Dine in for a tea time break. The restaurant have QR codes to order via website which I think is pretty cool. Prices are reasonable and food portion is satisfactory. In terms of food, we ordered Lasagna which tastes good while their Fish and Chips was crunchy and the french fries taste so good as well. Ham & Cheese Panini is not bad as well while their signature Ice Lemon Tea is my favouriteso refreshing. Overall it was good food

      平日食開坑口果間，今日咁岩返北角，就唻食個tea。原來轉左QR CODE落單，都方便嘅。叫左輕怡龍蝦湯蜆天使面 + 熱檸茶。好快就上枱，可能就5點，比較少人。天使面份量夠，味道都唔錯，有9隻蜆，唔錯啦。天使面浸喺湯，比較淋。最鍾意佢地嘅檸檬茶，篤好哂檸檬，好方便。茶又唔會太苦，正😉

      Still remember my last visit wasn't ordering via QR code, and now it's all about technology. Well, can imagine to lessen the manpower while providing limited service. Sadly, when I went in, the whole restaurant was busy. I did find few tables that were emptied but not yet clean up. Staff were standing on the counter chatting and laughing.       We ordered the mushroom melt panini and the Mexican roasted beef croissant sandwich with side salad.

      Panini was sandwiched with three thin slices of brown bread.🤔 Melted pulling cheese while quite a lot of mushroom pieces. Nothing special.

      Croissant meal was served with a pond of saucy side salad. Friendly reminder to ask for less sauce if you aren't a sauce person. Croissant itself was nice, still crispy when serving. Mexican roasted beef tasted like pork, even appearance looked pink. It tasted like roasted cold cut. It's a ham croissant sandwich.

      I have to say coffee here was improved, as I recalled over roasted coffee was served in few of my past visits. Ice lemon tea was nice as you could choose the flavour yourself which indeed custom made the flavour successfully.

      All in all, the service ruined my food experience. Food wasn't as bad.
