To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日lunch食左沙律之後,想搵嘢飲吓,行過九龍站見到新開左間茶店,叫Koi Tea. 可能係post lunch hour,都等左幾分鈡先落倒order. 我order左個熱嘅綠茶鮮奶拿鐵加芋圓。收到手後,隻杯嘅設計係好,因為唔燙手,不過有啲唔夠環保。飮一啖後,發現用微波爐叮熱嘅奶唔夠熱。揀左微糖甜度啱啱好。芋圓還可以,如果唔好煲太耐仲好。最後係個茶。我本來以為係日式綠茶,原來係中式嘅!😅茶味都唔錯,有淡淡苦譅茶香。Um...after all, not my first choice.
