終於到咗食煲仔飯嘅季節😍🥳。以前會去廟街食,到咗今時今日梗係唔會再去啦,好彩屋企附近嘅雲興隆小廚煲仔飯都堅出色。三個人食,叫咗兩個煲仔飯:豉椒排骨同北菇滑雞,另外再加名物豆腐鹹魚芥菜湯,同埋半隻沙薑鹽焗雞。煲仔飯要等大約廿分鐘先上枱,一打開蓋,已聽到嗞嗞聲響,等一陣,再用鐵羹刮底,一大塊一大塊飯焦已經成形,又香又脆,超級好食😋。食完飯焦再食餸,排骨肥瘦適中,又醃得入味,好食👍;北菇滑雞呢...um...我冇食,唔知呢,不過見我媽食得津津有味,水準應該都唔會差得去邊啦😁。
