陪朋友去銅鑼灣中央圖書館搵資料,講起好耐冇飯聚,今晚一於搵間餐廳聚下,附近有間Season Oyster & Wine Bar,環境同食物都唔錯,一於訂定枱食飯。焗海鮮拼盤,有芝士焗原隻龍蝦、巴馬臣芝士焗扇貝兩隻、蒜蓉翡翠螺四粒、芝士黑松露焗大蘑菇一隻。龍蝦和扇貝芝士面層程金黃色,兩者味道都鮮甜彈牙。大蘑菇肥大肉厚,菇味香濃,加左黑松露醬同芝士,配合厚大蘑菇既口感,非常美味。牛油果忌廉汁煙三文魚意粉,大大片煙三文魚好新鮮,牛油果豐腴,忌廉汁香滑,內還有不少三文魚碎肉,醬汁沾滿每條意粉,口感creamy。骨付腸,經特別調配的豬絞肉,付在雞脾骨上,之後烤焗至外皮金黃焦脆,佐酒一流!原味Sapporo 生啤有濃郁的麥芽香,冰凍好飲!
