之前都已經食過蘇媽蘇媽深水埗店,後來經常好多人等位就少食咗喇,不過依加開多咗幾間分店,所以決定再嚟食😋 喺香港食馬來西拉菜唔難,但好飲嘅肉骨茶唔係間間有💛•🥢 百吉爹肉骨茶-豬腳彎 $58兩個人食又想食老鼠粉就叫咗個細肉骨茶,今次揀咗豬腳彎~ 豬腳片大約有5塊,唔會好肥,不過肉質有少少嚡,加上有啲筋,所以有啲啲難咬,但啲肉都幾入味~😋 另外仲可以點自己用蒜蓉、辣椒、黑豉油同頭抽調嘅醬(墊枱紙上面有教學👍🏻)肉骨茶嘅熱湯好濃郁,藥材味好突出,但唔會覺得苦/難飲,加埋肉味會有啲甜甜地,而且一啲都唔油,好易入口😋P.S. 佢哋建議要先飲肉骨茶嘅熱湯,再食肉,再飲熱湯~•🥢 招牌砂煲老鼠粉 $92除咗肉骨茶,老鼠粉都係呢到嘅招牌之一,用熱辣辣嘅砂煲上,店員提醒我哋盡快撈,所以都無影好多相啦🙈 老鼠粉即係粗啲嘅銀針粉,食落腍得嚟又有啲咬口,上面鋪滿魚乾、蝦乾、炸蒜、肉碎同蛋,撈勻之後睇落每條老鼠粉都好深色,但食落都係偏淡,可能因為豉油係偏甜,不過連埋魚乾同蝦乾一齊食就惹味好多,鹹香味好足~•🥢 椰香咖央多士 $35多士烘到超級脆,入面夾住滿滿嘅咖央醬同牛油,多脆內軟,雖然有牛油同咁多咖央醬會有啲

多士烘到超級脆,入面夾住滿滿嘅咖央醬同牛油,多脆內軟,雖然有牛油同咁多咖央醬會有啲罪惡感,但咖央多士真係每次食馬拉菜都必食嘅菜式🤩

🥢 炸香蕉配雪糕 $58
諗住叫一個甜品/飲品,最後揀咗呢個炸香蕉,因為比較少見😛 炸香蕉都即叫即整,餐飯食到咁上下先叫都再等咗一陣。炸香蕉係春卷皮包住香蕉蓉,炸到外脆內軟,香蕉🔥加朱古力雪糕🧊一直都係咁夾😌
