To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

感覺好有意境嘅名字:初見令我好想食嘅係呢款:初見香草吉列牛(配白飯)但我改咗配烏東麵,送上枱面已經好吸引,吉列牛唔係就咁生食,佢有牛肉汁同鹽調味,首先要將切到細細粒嘅肥豬肉,放在熱石上(溶化就係油)才去煎吉列牛,只要兩邊輕輕煎一煎就食得,咁肉質就唔會太乾啦⋯⋯點埋鹽或牛肉汁調味,我自己就鐘意鹽,咁先食得出鮮牛肉味道。另一款叫左:野菜豆腐鍋(味噌湯配白飯)除咗滑豆腐,還有獅子狗、鮮東菇,菌菇類、娃娃菜。加配嘅刺身,刺身食得出好新鮮,沙律菜都爽脆。飲品係:咸檸碧(雪碧汽水)我好耐冇飲過雪碧😜加埋咸檸檬,真係有汽得黎透心涼。
