To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為慶祝2個朋友仔嘅生日,我特登係大半個月之前,已經book呢間餐廳食泰菜,其實我大可以去九龍城,不過我都唔知點解神推鬼恐就book左呢度。其實我曾經係呢度等左1粒鐘,又唔知係咪神推鬼恐我竟然覺得好好味,於是揀左呢度食。好彩我地個個都準時,真係好難得,出面已經有好多人等緊,不過book左位就有靚位坐,我地一行6個人,有一張圓枱坐,其實圓枱好緊要,因為圓頭係最好一班人傾偈嘅枱形狀,個個都會望到每一個人,非常好。每次同呢5個人食飯,都唔知點解會好似餓狗搶屎咁,不停叫野食,名符其實嘅眼濶肚窄! 所以今次啲食物相多到爆! 呢碟炭燒豬頸肉可以話係個醬汁帶起整味餸,首先豬頸肉唔夠乾身,炭燒唔係幾睇得出,亦食唔出,好似放係焗爐焗過下咁,一啲燒焦嘅香味都無。由於很多食家推介這裡的香芒軟殼蟹米紙卷,我們也點了試試看,雖知芒果汁好甜,軟殼蟹味道不夠,呢碟野應該係沙律嚟嘅! 食左一舊就唔太想食.....炸蝦餅最好吃的是伴碟的蝦片,至於蝦餅,普普通通啦~ 皮不算厚,証明炸粉不多~ 我地叫左一窩冬陰公,幾足料,有很多蝦呀草菇啊~ 香茅味不算太濃,少少酸~很不錯麵包咖喱雞點解唔係雞嘅雞上係鴨造型嘅碟上,我都唔係好

叫左杯紅粉飛飛,出奇地好飲! 除左有士多啤梨味,仲飲到陣陣蘋果味,menu話有嘅野都真係飲得出! 讚!

至於無啦啦點解叫多客串燒,都話呢班友真係唔知點解會覺得自己食到咁多野,佢地預到每人一串,講返個味道先,呢個就真係有炭燒嘅感覺勒! 起碼個賣相說服到你,食落都有燒過嘅味道,雞肉同豬肉都做到每粒大小一樣,是很好的串燒。

我想話其實呢度服務唔錯,任何時候都能夠輕易叫到waiter,佢地係好ready幫你影相,仲要唔會趕你走,我地坐咁耐,都無話做啲小動作示意你走,即使我地走嗰時都仲有十個人係出面等~ 証明等得咁耐都有啲原因。
