2/7/2019 中環 鳴越越式料理經過見到呢間餐廳又有啲餓就入去,諗住食個金邊粉 餐廳入面都幾大,座位好多,可能時間尚早,所以冇乜人。餐牌選擇都幾豐富,如果揀呢啲食品,可以用優惠價配飲品或者小食咁啱又真係有金邊粉,呢個係下龍灣海鮮炒金邊粉, 望落賣相唔錯, 食落夠熱夠鑊氣, 都好多海鮮,除左蟹柳,魷魚仲有啲帶子粒同青口。 同泰式金邊粉有啲唔同泰式金邊粉有少少帶甜甜地但係越式這種就唔甜但少少鹹的。 金邊粉炒得剛剛好,唔太硬又唔太軟,一條條分明。另外我加錢要咗杯柑桔青檸梳打, 梳打水係分開上嘅, 一杯冰底配柑桔青檸, 分量大概可以到到兩杯,當然啲冰係滿㗎喇 。但係奉勸第一次飲嘅時候唔好搞勻得太犀利,否則第二次倒梳打水的時候,就會太淡冇曬柑桔青檸嘅味道。

咁啱又真係有金邊粉,呢個係下龍灣海鮮炒金邊粉, 望落賣相唔錯, 食落夠熱夠鑊氣, 都好多海鮮,除左蟹柳,魷魚仲有啲帶子粒同青口。 同泰式金邊粉有啲唔同泰式金邊粉有少少帶甜甜地但係越式這種就唔甜但少少鹹的。 金邊粉炒得剛剛好,唔太硬又唔太軟,一條條分明。

另外我加錢要咗杯柑桔青檸梳打, 梳打水係分開上嘅, 一杯冰底配柑桔青檸, 分量大概可以到到兩杯,當然啲冰係滿㗎喇 。但係奉勸第一次飲嘅時候唔好搞勻得太犀利,否則第二次倒梳打水的時候,就會太淡冇曬柑桔青檸嘅味道。
