To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實之前已經發生過，叫有珍珠飲品，都係唔記得咗加，最慘係返到屋企之後先發現。（大家真係要check清楚先拎走）今日又再發生，本身叫咗兩個嘢飲都係有珍珠，1杯蜂蜜綠茶加珍珠，另一杯係913珍珠奶茶。好在今次係商場一路行一路飲先發現兩杯都冇珍珠，我哋即刻馬上返轉頭同職員講，佢哋一句唔好意思都冇，佢哋望下個label 先加番入杯，其實都算太多人，點解兩杯嘢飲都可以漏咗珍珠？淘大呢一間真係比較差，同一間天仁茗茶，德福店就俾佢好好多，起碼冇做錯嘢飲。響淘大其實可以轉飲花斑茶社了。
