分別食完兩餐極上日本菜和西餐後,都想食下輕盈的中式食品,加上這個週末沒有去飲茶,就決定飲夜茶當晚餐,訂了位一行三人準時去到,竟然發現人不多,可能是這位置在一個不太旺的商場內吧!門面十分大,一上扶手梯就看到,內部裝飾清雅特式,坐位也不算擠迫,餐牌設計十分精美,各種食品均附圖片供參考,可惜款式不算豐盛,點食物就如酒樓般自行劃點心紙交店員,店員落單後會交回記錄給客人參照,店員服務也算有禮貌,食環境和招呼都算可以,但試過後就覺得食品的質素與價錢相比就略為有點偏差了。晶瑩海蝦餃,大小適中,但皮就略厚,兼且可能蒸過火,蝦餃皮十分黏,夾起時個皮已爛,味道尚算鮮甜,餡料也算爽口彈牙。迷戀冬瓜雞扎,以冬瓜薄片代替腐皮,以蟹柳代替魚肚,件雞就用醬汁預先煮過,整件雞扎差不多完全變了種,執齊四件料當,當中有雞肉,用薄料卷包起,就稱為"雞扎",雖然有新意但就好像完全不是那回事,論味道冬瓜的皮和蟹柳尚算清甜,雞肉和火腿等味道偏濃,整體口感也可接受,有咬口的同時也夠淋。可愛小海母,用南瓜汁搓皮,餡料是蝦蓉和豬肉,入口皮綿韌,餡料汁液豐富,相比先前的蝦餃優勝得多,味道也清甜。香煎薑蓉鮮竹卷,腐皮煎得夠香,餡料鮮甜但可

香煎薑蓉鮮竹卷,腐皮煎得夠香,餡料鮮甜但可惜與原名有點不符,完全不覺有薑蓉,也吃不到薑味,口感還算清爽。
彩虹素腸粉,用紅米做腸粉皮的米醬,內裏餡料只用各類芹菜和香菇,是一味健康的素食,腸粉皮拉得一般,入口還算可接受,內裏餡料清甜,口感細膩。
金銀菜杏仁燉白肺,入口味道清淡,應該是真正原盅燉湯,但可能材料和火喉都不夠,變得淡而無味,連菜的清甜味道都只得一點
叉燒撈麵,麵條夠彈牙,可惜叉燒雖然是切絲,但入口仍覺太瘦,不夠香淋,同時叉燒汁也不夠蜜味,只是得個咸味。

帶子海鮮炒飯,入口就已經食到飯沒有炒香,所以基本上這飯只可以算是'撈'飯,口感當然就是普通白飯的口感了,海鮮尚算新鮮,味道清淡,如果不將它作炒飯看待,還勉強可接受。

話梅炆豬手,如果沒有看餐牌點菜,只是要一份豬手,將這菜當成鹵水豬手的話,還算不太差,鹵水味道香濃入味,豬手也炆得十分夠淋,但就真的完全吃不到半點話梅味。
