To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一班同事飯局，今次大家都想食中菜，同事話佢屋企樓下有間懷舊菜館，雖然唔起眼，外面門口無特別，但食物出品一流。前菜食個黃金魚皮好送酒，鹹蛋黃醬好香。西芹炒班片，勁多班片，炒得好香，個份量勁大。椒鹽鮮魷，係新鮮魷魚，一上枱係勁脆口同好惹味，大大夠好有咬口。我哋年青人早出晚歸，好少有湯飲，值得一提係呢度個爵士燉湯真係好正。有螺頭、蜜瓜、雞腳、金華火腿，夠哂滋潤，材料十足，我一口氣都飲咗三碗，我哋都約定下次再嚟食埋其他嘢。
