To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 剛好朋友生日請佢飲茶, 來到佢番工石門附近, 彩福都有幾間, 且都夠大多人食, 所以就決定去呢間~佢點心都幾多款式選, 不過我同朋友都食不多所以就專點朋友中意食既。佢點左紅油抄手, 抄手啖啖肉, 汁就配合香港人口味唔係太辣, 不過不失。然後我點左豆腐, 呢個都不錯, 豆腐外邊既炸皮唔係太硬,又唔會太厚。呢樣都幾考功夫。再點左個墨魚餅, 加左粟米蔥都煎得幾香口, 咬落都彈牙唔會好淋。例牌飲茶梗係點蝦餃同燒賣啦, 蝦餃皮唔太厚,幾薄下裡頭蝦好多, 幾好咬。燒肉都係啖啖都係肉, 水準都還好, 不會令人失望。

例牌飲茶梗係點蝦餃同燒賣啦, 蝦餃皮唔太厚,幾薄下裡頭蝦好多, 幾好咬。燒肉都係啖啖都係肉, 水準都還好, 不會令人失望。
