To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

飲茶唔錯, 晚飯都得喎

黎過飲茶好多次, 感覺唔錯~佢一向大排長龍, 咁啱早咗黎到 (約 6半) 唔使等位, 所以晚飯順理成章就食佢喇~ 😆入到黎, 發現都吾少人早食晚飯, 全場已約半滿了, 蒸氣鍋 更全被訂下, 無 walk in 位呢~鮮松茸荷葉蒸走地雞 好味呀! 雖然等咗 35分鐘有多先黎... (其他餸就黎食完...) 好在味道唔錯~ 🤓皮超厚 (好在我唔食皮的 😂) 好在雞有質感得黎蒸得剛好 肉仲係滑滑的~味調得剛好, 都唔油膩~拔絲咕嚕黑豚肉 易咬得黎夠瘦, 我鐘意呀! 平時食啲咕嚕乜乜乜 我最怕咬落去一堆肥膏呀大佬!!! 甜酸汁調得剛好, 唔使食飯 淨食佢都得呀!!! 鮮竹豆漿浸菜遠都幾好呀~菜芯甜甜嫩, 店家批走曬啲粗糙外部, 肯用心思 食落無渣, 讚呀!!!

黎過飲茶好多次, 感覺唔錯~
