To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 入去屯門飲茶,老人家話好食,我預左都係麻麻地,不過真係好差,無下次.首先,服務等於零,每次叫完人拎點心紙/碗筷,佢應左你先,但永遠都吾攞比你.最後樣樣都係自己去攞然後講點心,大部份都係岩岩合格,但比服務拖累.腸粉勉強叫做滑,但係d蝦又細只,又有雪味菠蘿叉燒包個皮好腍,有趺出尼,更加吾講鬆軟.青瓜算係最好,酸酸地,但蒜頭味太濃,勉強食到青瓜味,好就好左吾係成碗油.蒸蘿蔔糕-無限個,完全吾係蘿蔔糕,係一條條蘿蔔加好稀好核突既粉漿,口感好怪.蝦米同臘味完全無味.鳳爪無食,排骨個汁太濃,不過不失.叉雞飯,跟左成3次先到,飯就大大碟,但好少送.雞好肥好多油,叉燒就ok.咁差既飲茶經驗,一定無下次
