To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 偶然會同朋友嚟飲茶 ,亦都試過小菜,今次試下 一人套餐 ,基本上冇失望係份量比較少第一道菜, 係魚露柚子元貝, 感覺清新, 呢個組合帶出咗元貝嘅鮮甜陳皮鮮蝦湯羹 呢個比較傑身,味濃,足料,但未至於食完會有飽嘅感覺干邑三蔥爆龍蝦基本上食唔到干邑味,其實龍蝦新鮮點著都好味, 味濃彈牙 食完想再食蝦仔鮑汁脆皮海參成晚呢度菜做得最特別其實完全冇諗過佢係一件海參,脆卜卜, 提升咗海參嘅味道松露南瓜蛋白蟹肉絲苗 其實好似冇乜特別嘅一碗炒飯,但係食到尾都仲仍然覺得好好食,可能全部份量唔多蛋白杏仁茶加棗皇糕杏仁茶滿分 棗皇糕有點甜係影漏咗黑毛豬脆腩件, 佢好似焦糖包住咗豬腩肉, 同其他一樣咁好食總括嚟講畀飲茶嘅體驗好好多
