To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

晌小鎮大街買左條頸鍊比老婆後，見這間餐廳係美心主理，飲茶都唔錯呀！ 侍應介紹我地試水晶蝦餃，鵝肝燒賣，同埋生煎包。另外點了老婆鍾意既鳳爪。 生煎包 （四件）- 包身鬆軟，外面煎得香香地，肉汁唔會大多岩岩好，難怪係招牌。 水晶蝦餃（四件） - 蝦餃皮一般，但中型蝦粒爽身唔錯。 鵝肝燒賣（四件） - 燒賣大大件，鵝肝細細一點為燒賣點精，唔好對鵝肝有期望。 鳳爪 - 入味算稔，不過不失。 點心份量足賣相唔錯，地方舒服，是日人流唔多，侍應服務殷勤，唯一係每位$15既茶質數一般，其他都幾滿意！
