約了朋友農曆新年假期後午飯,地點在銅鑼灣皇室堡的彩福皇宴。因仍是農曆新年期間,下午到達時已滿座,我們要等約30分鐘才可入座。春節期間,部分點心相對平日也有些改變。懷舊金奬叉燒:這道半肥瘦蜜汁叉燒一向有名,咬落鬆軟多汁,甜蜜滋味;配以蠔油豆,富有懷舊味道。原隻鮑魚燒賣皇:因應新春佳節,以鮑羅萬有命名,原隻鮑魚入味彈牙,難怪是得獎作品及非常受歡迎。發菜蠔豉大利燒賣是新春必點的點心之一,有發菜、蠔豉、牛脷和豬肉燒賣,喻意發財好市大吉大利一齊來。南乳蒸豬手(橫財就手)非常入味軟淋,不可錯過。雪蓮桃膠燉木瓜甜度適中清甜美味有益健康。
