To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 友人想去稻香飲茶,所以去左銅鑼灣皇室堡,因為食完就可以行街!仲要舉手叫姐姐斟茶加水?自動化左好耐啦!每枱都有自助式煲水,非常衛生又方便!落單都係自助式,有圖有真相,又唔怕漏單落錯我地點左山竹牛肉,都唔錯,唔會好粉咸水角,脆口又多料!叉燒酥,不得了,五星推介,芝麻面再配合一層一層酥皮,夾埋叉燒係裡面,整個就是傳統的好味道!黃金軟殼蝦,有d遜色,唔夠蛋黃,炸得唔夠金黃,但勝在蝦本身夠新鮮!炸網腸,幾有特色,唔係度度地方都有得食,但係咪好好食呢又未至於飲茶開心之處係唔會有人趕妳走,坐幾耐都得!
