To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

與家人食午餐，叫招待安排靠邊的座位，等咗15分鐘左右就可入坐。可能係午餐時間，坐得比較迫，原來酒家地方唔係太大。叫咗碟菜遠牛肉炒河，胡椒豬肚湯，牛肉腸粉，牛柏葉，鹹水角等。飲茶例牌的食物，味道不過不失。碟茶遠牛肉河比較淡味道，不如其他酒家的濃味道，因有老人家，淡味道可以接受。見到隔籬枱叫咗藥膳鳳爪，係一壺壺的，應該有湯在裏面，如果下次再來會試試。另外一提，茶壺比較小，常常要叫侍應要斟水，辛苦晒佢哋。
