咁多年來都係阿媽照顧我,開始識得搵錢當然要比佢享下福啦。放咗工之後我就帶佢唔係一早book定枱嘅生蠔西餐廳食飯。因為有啲朋友嚟過呢度食生蠔都同我講好好味,非常推介,自己唔試清楚點知係唔係真係好味?餐牌選擇多好多,生蠔就比較特別,真係按季節性選擇,同其他餐廳唔同,俾我哋6件如果真係覺得好唔啱食可以換!生蠔加錢係以件數計算,六隻$318,今次吃了Tsarskaya、Gillardeau、La Lune。第一款帶子比較甜,整體鹹香十足,冇沖水。口感比較順滑;第二款比較爽口,咸香濃郁,海水味重,吃後帶有少許榛子味道。第三款也是爽口,香味持久較耐,沒有那麼咸。飲白酒就最啱!我哋之後食咗前菜小食,法式焗田螺酥盒$88田螺嘅質感似中國田螺,配上特製醬汁而且冇沙,口感軟林林。俾啲好有咸香又酥脆嘅酥皮包圍,加上底部好香的薯蓉的確美味。巴馬火腿配蜜瓜沙律$128巴馬火腿與蜜瓜沙律一向都是最佳配搭,一鹹一甜中和之後恰到好處。一早已經將兩者包好,唔需要自己再花功夫。巴馬火腿有少少咸而且帶有韌感。另外亦有黑醋沙律菜,開胃一下。卡邦尼通粉$108通常西餐嘅卡邦尼都係開做同一樣味嘅,但係佢呢個特別濃郁,而且又好香嘅

卡邦尼通粉$108
通常西餐嘅卡邦尼都係開做同一樣味嘅,但係佢呢個特別濃郁,而且又好香嘅味道,每一條長通粉都沾滿左卡邦尼醫,不會覺得乾身,百吃不厭。

炭燒西班牙頂級黑毛豬$288
燒到十字形,兩件大大隻真係唔好諗住自己一個人獨吞,要分享。雖然係炭燒但係又冇燒得好過分,裏面嘅豬肉依然嫩滑,帶有微粉紅色,肉質鮮味無比。

甜品叫多個檸檬撻,味道好似真係食緊檸檬汁,酸酸地,所以有時甜品一定要食太甜,小小酸先可以食落冇咁飽膩。
